As a Christ-centered organization that provides resources and relationships to help churches and their members engage in foster care, we believe that Stand Sunday can be a great opportunity for your church to stand with children and families in U.S. foster care. Since beginning in Texas in 2002, over 400 churches have joined the movement, supporting foster families in their congregations, and helping new families answer the call to foster or adopt.
